为低氮燃烧控制进行的燃烧优化

国际标准化组织在ISO9931规定煤粉取样系统设置在一次风管道上,以提取煤粉样品。提取的准确样品可用于评估每个锅炉煤粉管道中煤粉的细度和相应的质流。该信息用于平衡锅炉煤粉的煤流量和优化磨煤的配置,可以预防和解决锅炉大量的各种运行问题,同时可以解决锅炉运行的其他问题。

煤流测试如何能降低氮氧化物排放

根据测得的煤粉细度和相应的流量数据,可平衡均匀锅炉燃烧器的燃料量,同时优化磨煤设备可获得以下益处

  • 氮氧化物排放量降低
  • 煤灰质量高并可出售
  • 避免结渣、结焦和炉内高温腐蚀以降低煤耗
  • 在控制碳损失的同时,尽量减少使用过量空气以节省燃料
  • 磨煤机低磨损,运行可靠
  • 平衡火焰以避免引起管子金属超温
  • 减少因锅炉燃烧器喷嘴磨蚀而导致的停炉维修风险
  • 根据已知的现场条件、点火条件预测新煤质的使用
