气流测试提供燃烧的稳定性、燃烧效率和降低氮氧化物

很多燃烧问题是由于燃烧器间不良气流分布而引起的。本公司的燃烧气流测试程序确定气流在锅炉出口的分布,根据此数据来平衡气流以提高燃烧器的稳定性、燃烧效率及减少氮氧化物排放。

气流测试程序

沿着燃烧器中心线插入测试探头。感应器升高并按燃烧器园周旋转。自动收集在24个点的数据,确定燃烧器测量值的平均值及分布。所有燃烧器测量值的平均值决定锅炉的算术平均数。

为什么燃烧气流测试是必要的?

每个燃烧器出口的气流受到燃烧器阻力系数、尺寸和风箱内截面气流均布的影响。燃烧器周边的大量气流偏差可导致燃烧器燃烧的不稳定及大量CO、O2和 NOx排放。这是由风箱内的气流漩涡引起的,纠正这个问题通常需要进行CFD模拟。
